Floors, counters and appliances are masked and covered.

Remove doors & hardware
Doors and drawer fronts are labeled and taken off.

Clean & degrease
Years of kitchen grease are removed for proper adhesion.

Sand & repair
Surfaces are scuffed and dings are filled.

Bonding primer
A primer made to grip cabinet surfaces.

Two coats of premium cabinet enamel
A smooth, hard, wipeable finish.

Reinstall & new hardware (optional)
Doors go back on, adjusted and aligned.
Our Story
Iron Pecan was born in New York in 2025, restoring vintage dressers and refinishing wood kitchen cabinets by hand: stripping, sanding, priming and finishing every piece until it looked better than new. Along the way, our restored furniture earned a 4.9★ rating from 132 Facebook Marketplace buyers.
In 2026, we moved to Frisco, Texas, bringing the same attention to prep and finish to North Texas homes. Today, Iron Pecan Refinishing focuses on kitchen cabinet refinishing and garage floor coatings, helping homeowners transform the spaces they use every day without the cost of replacing them.
